Chidra served me in West Hampstead Amorino with an exceptional customer service and and a nice smile a very nice affogato al cioccolato (dark hot chocolate) with crema all'arancia and whipped cream, taking personal care to change the spoons due my coeliac sensitivity. Beautiful space, nice music, cleaned and tidy, amazing gelato and hot chocolate! Took me home,Thanks guys!

Since the inauguration, we've had the pleasure of trying about seven different flavors, and each one has been absolutely amazing. My wife and I are particularly fond of the mango ice cream; it's incredibly creamy and flavorful. Additionally, Chidra's warm and welcoming demeanor adds to the experience—she always encourages us to try new flavors with a smile. We’ll definitely be returning and will highly recommend this place to others!

Outstanding service from a lovely team. I came with a friend on the opening day and we were both excited to try some ice- cream and hot chocolate. The black cherry is too die for! The hot chocolate was the best I've tasted, anywhere in London. Thick, creamy and rich. The macaron's were perfectly made. We were kindly give a sample of the tirmisu flavour and this was so good. We will return very soon.

Sartahk, our gelato man made Marc’s birthday celebration extra special with his warm hospitality and enthusiasm for the ice cream. He guided us through a delicious array of flavors, from pandan and coconut to durian and black sesame, each scoop more delightful than the last. It wasn’t just the variety of ice cream that stood out, but Sartahk’s thoughtful suggestions and the way he made each tasting feel like a small celebration. Thanks to him, the ice cream wasn’t just a treat—it became a memory we’ll savor long after the last bite.
