San Francisco - Grant Avenue

It was literally freezing outside when my friend and I decided to get gelato here. It was DELICIOUS. The rose design thingy they do is cute and fun to eat, and honestly, it felt like I was eating art (until it melted all over my hands). Speaking of which, it melts fast, so be ready for a messy experience. Maybe I just don’t know how to eat an ice cream. As for the flavors… I honestly don’t remember what I got, because I was too busy inhaling it like I hadn’t had lactose in days. It was that good. As for the price… well, it’s not cheap, but it’s also not so expensive that you’ll need to pick up a second job. It’s just the right balance of ‘treat yourself’ without having to sell a kidney or two….

WOW, just WOW! I went to this place because I was staying at the hotel next door and wanted something sweet. I thought it's going to be one of those places where things are just pretty for Instagram pics and not eatable. Boy was I wrong. Not only do they take their time in making these ice cream roses but they taste even better than they look. I went twice during my week trip and wish I could of gone more often. Can't wait to go back next year. Oh and the staff are beyond amazing!

I recently visited Amorino and was blown away by the quality of their gelato! The flavors were incredibly rich and delicious, and the texture was perfectly smooth and creamy. I especially loved the Hazelnut chocolate and Amorino Dark Chocolate flavours which had wonderful depth of flavors. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and they were happy to let me try a few samples before I made my decision. I will definitely be back to Amorino soon!"

We've visited this place twice now through a recommendation of a friend. What an amazing place! It mat be small but they've done great with the space. The location downtown by the entrance to Chinatown on Grant is icing in the cake. The Gelato flavors are delectable and colorful, and the flower petal flavor idea is so gorgeously carried out. I look forward to bringing more people to this unique shop.

As a big gelato fan, this place has become one of my favorites! I’ve visited twice now and will definitely be back. My top pick so far is the pineapple gelato—it’s rich in flavor with a refreshing hint of mint. If you enjoy minty, fruity flavors, this one’s a must-try. I also tried the coffee flavor, which comes with small dark chocolate chunks that complement the coffee perfectly. Highly recommend!
