We went there for the first time. Its was a great experience for both of us. I tried most of all flavours specifically pesto one is the best. Their service was too good & fast, I Surprised in that type of crowd how they can served without any kind of frustration's. That time sitting area was messy by a child but i told them & manager the lady she come & make it clean by herself & give us computable space. Hats off. Thank you & keep it up. Thank you all the team. whenever i will go to Stratford I will never miss this again. Thank you team & Manager.

I recently stopped by this gelato shop, and I have to say, it’s one of the best I’ve been to! The flavors are out of this world—so creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. I tried the pistachio, and it was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and nutty goodness. The vibe of the shop is cozy and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. I have to give a special shoutout to Nithyaa—she was absolutely lovely! She helped me pick the perfect flavors and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. You can tell she really cares about the ice cream and the customers. I’ll definitely be back for more!

This chain gelato shop is located on the upper level of Stratford Westfield shopping mall. This location is smaller than others, with very limited seating available. I tried chocolate, coffee, and caramel these flavors. The gelato had a nice texture, and the staff were very polite. Overall, a pleasant experience!
