I came on Christmas Eve which was lovely because it was quieter than it is usually in the summer. The service from Sunena was excellent, she really looked after us. The coffee and ice was great as usual. My niece enjoyed the classic flower presentation and the great flavour. This is one of the best ice cream stores in London and a must visit if you are looking for great service and authentic fresh tasting ice cream and desserts feels like you are on holiday in the heart of Italy.

Great ice cream but let down by huge queues resulting from their signature flower pattern scoops. Would much rather have had a simple scoop and not wait 20' for it.
