Vanilla (Bourbon from Madagascar)
Floral and woody notes. The preparation process is fundamental for our Gelato’s high pedigree character: we carefully collect the precious seeds from the heart of the pods, and we patiently wait for them to infuse.
It won’t be easy to find the same slightly woody taste of our Vanilla in any other Gelato parlour, but we will let you be the judge of that.
