The Venetian Spritz, the undisputed star of the Italian aperitivo, is Italy's most famous summer cocktail. It was born during the Austrian occupation of Venice when the soldiers - not used to the strong local wines - asked to "spritzen" their glasses with a touch of water. The famous cocktail was thus born, and growing in popularity ever since, thanks to its easy recipe, initially made only of wine and sparkling water or soda.
Savour the bouquet of light and refreshing notes of this sorbet with a balanced hint of bitterness, and let yourself be transported to the sun-drenched Venetian canals. Our Spritz is made with orange juice, Prosecco DOC (Controlled Designation of Origin), Aperol, and semi-candied orange zest.
