The name of this gelato refers to the origin of its recipe, which was created with the combination of raisins and sweet wine, both from Malaga. Today it is reworked with rum to add more character and spice to it with caramelized notes. The production of this gelato is made in a traditional way. The rum used for its production comes from a traditional selection of martiniquais rum. Presence of alcohol (1.3% vol)
