The citrus used in the sorbet are 100% Italian. This cocktail full of vitamins allows to get back vitality and energy, especially after the long winter season. As for the verbena, it is often consumed in infusion, for its soothing and anti-stress properties. The one used in this recipe is a special variey, which is often used in cooking thanks to its leafy and lemony notes.

This rich and refreshing Sorbet offers a tasty balance between the acidic taste of citrus fruits, and the delicate freshness of Verbena. In this juicy mixture full of vitamins, the specificities of each citrues is balanced out: the mandarin brings the gourmet note, and the bergamot a delicate bitterness. The lemon Verbena brings the extra touch of acidity creating the ideal balance. Its characteristics make it exquisite as a sorbet drink, to have a refreshing and light pause.
