A superb collection of small delights. Our gelato filled macarons have the distinction of being made in our laboratory, located just outside of Paris.They are assembled and filled by hand using the various flavours of gelato and sorbets created by our artisanal gelato makers!
Caramel made from salted butter from Isigny and salt flakes picked from the surface of Guérande salt marshes are the main ingredients of this authentic recipe.
