We had such a great experience at this ice cream store thanks to Raof! He took our order and was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. He made great recommendations, made sure our order was perfect, and did it all with a warm and friendly attitude. It’s not every day you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, and it really showed. Plus, it was 1:30am and the place was almost closing – give that man a raise!

Nice gelato place. Some flavours of ice cream are too sweet so definitely recommend trying before. You can ask staff to give you a small spoon of whichever flavour you’d like to try. Seating could be better as it felt all over the place. No usable toilets at the time.

I recently visited this place and had a wonderful experience. The geleto was absolutely delicious, with a great variety flavours to choose from. The highlight of the visit was the excellent service provided by Raoof. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both the treats and the exceptional hospitality!

Naveen was excellent in customer service. Was very helpful making the choices smoothly. 10/10 would like to recommend to my Indians family to visit this store for best Gelato ice cream in central London.
