Delicious ice cream. Really good coffee also. I tried the pistachio latte and it was creamy, and sweet but not overbearingly so. The sweetness and pistachio flavor were subtle. The interior is quite nice, dim and cozy vibes. Not a whole lot seating which is fine. The staff were young girls, either high school or college age and they weren't very warm or welcoming. You can order your ice cream via a kiosk system but still need to give the front of house staff the ticket? I guess they don't have a ticket machine where they get the guest's orders? It was weird. My husband and I ordered on the machine and then the girls yelled for him to give them the receipt to make the order. Asides from that strangeness, I really enjoyed my first visit here for a sweet treat during date night. I would definitely return and highly recommend others to try them out!

Beautiful, decadent, silky, throat-melting, rich & cosy, thick & creamy, NYC-style hot chocolate. It wasn’t too sweet, and had a natural, perfect balance of cocoa and milk. The little 6 $ cup went a long way. You can also ask for whipped cream on top!

They have SO many hot chocolate options, I chose the thicket Italian style one with almond. It was actually so good and very worth the price in New York. I appreciate that I can customize it. Also there is lots of seating and it’s clean and nice

I tried gelato for the first time today and it was really good! It’s definitely a little pricey but still a good bucket list place. They also sell drinks and macarons (and they have Wi-Fi) so it’s a great study spot too.
