Chicago - Woodfield Mall

The gelato served here is mediocre but the service is excellent with a great atmosphere. I don’t know if is for the season , but this is the first time I got gelato from this place. Will try again to see if gelato quality has improved. Thank you Amorino! PS flavors that I tried were: coconut, mango, passion fruit and blackberry cheesecake.

No mountains of Gelato, no neon green pistachio. This is the REAL stuff with pure unadulterated flavor of the ingredients. It's hard to find Gelato like this anywhere even in Italy full of fake Gelato, but it's here and in a mall no less!

Stopped by amorino since I had a bit of time and I absolutely loved it! As a first timer I had no clue what I was doing but I had Lisa help me , she was amazing at recommending flavors and very patient with any questions I had. Definitely coming back again!!

It was my first time coming here. You order from the kiosk. Then, they call you and ask what flavors would you like. We were able to pick 4 since we ordered a large. It was good for sharing. They have a vast assortment of flavors to choose from. Large was close to $9. Quality was excellent. The employees serving us was very attentive and pleasant. It does get busy and crowded because you’ll have people looking around as well as people waiting in the same area. I would suggest a more efficient way for waiting instead if everyone being huddled together. Not much seating inside or outside.

The gelato is so good every time I come. I got the signature with three flavors: Amorino Chocolate (amazing!!), Coconut (DELICIOUS, well-balanced, did not over power the other flavors), and Mint Chocolate (the chocolate was not that good, the mint felt slightly grainy; this was my least favorite), and two ice cream macarons (DELICIOUSSSS). The guirl making our order answered with some attitude, but not too harsh, but sje just looked like she didn't want to be talking to anyone, but she made our ice creams really well! Overall good experience, will definitely return!
