The citrus used in this sorbet are 100% Italian. This 'vitamin cocktail' adds vitality and energy after after the long winter season. As for the verbena, it is often used for calming, evening infusions. The verbena in our Citrus and Verbena Sorbet is a special variety with lemon notes which is often used in by the world's best chefs.
This rich and refreshing sorbet offers a tasty balance between the tart taste of citrus and the delicate freshness of Verbena. In this juicy mixture full of vitamins, the specificities of each citrus is balanced: the mandarin brings a round sweetness, and the bergamot a delicate bitterness. The lemon Verbena brings the extra touch of acidity creating the perfect balance. Citrus and Verbena is the perfect foundation for a sorbet drink on a warm afternoon!
